Three: The instantaneous monkey mind, low energy and hot desks

Urmmmmm I can't quite remember it all right now but I'm posting this now so that it all comes back later. The chimp mind is quicker than the human but the computer is even quicker. By cognitive behavioural practice we can make well being and good communication become second nature. PS: Will power doesn't work but the reward system in Duolingo is very clever and a tally to show a running streak keeps things chugging along.

Two: Finding purpose with a monthly challenge

Two faced doll in Albert Road Antique shop. It turns out the the reason for living is purpose. Without that one is lost in a tangle of irrelevant and irrational thoughts. Started reading "The Chimp Paradox" to find out more about how to control that. So as a means to beat a sense of "failure" and gain purpose a serious of monthly challenges is being entered into the think tank. That think tank being a Trello bored shared amongst the team to list ideas And no idea is bad as it only manifests more ideas. If a challenge is entered into it is already a success and cannot be a failure as doing it is all that matters, not how fast or how big or how ...whatever! Also gets oneself out of ones head for 5 minutes and that might be all that matters. Stay tuned for Chapter 3 where some of the challenge might be discussed or maybe a whole new idea or maybe just something about nice cakes. Byeeeeeee.
